In the kitchen, Coussouma is the hands chopping, dicing and mixing to life Madam’s visionary creations (according to Madam).
The combination of both is a culinary Batman & Robin like duo (with a lot of garlic in the air)!
Madam has no doubt her Tabbouleh recipe is amazing, but she likes to hear that coming from her son Touf who isn’t particularly fond of salads in general, since he’s more of a “meat person”
